*Eligible customers will be able to enjoy

*Eligible customers can register for this offer for FREE by dialing 4724 from your newly purchased (on or after Oct 11, ’12) Symphony W5 and W10 handsets. Once registered successfully, all you need to do is generate atleast one voice call every month & stay bundle with Handset + SIM during the applicable free data disbursement period.
*Eligible customers will receive an SMS notification at the time of free 300MB data disbursement, confirming them of their eligibility on each month.
*The two handsets will be available in selected Grameenphone sales channels and all Symphony sales channels at BDT 6,990 (W5) and BDT 7,490 (W10) respectively.
*The 300MB free data will be valid for the entire month on each month during the bonus disbursement period.

*On the first month, free 300MB internet will be provided within 72 hours of tagging. During the 2nd to 6th month, free data will be provided within 7th – 10th calendar day of each month, upon successfully maintaining the campaign conditions.
*For multiple registrations by the same user, only the first valid registration will be considered.
*The bonus offer will only be applicable to any one GP SIM (IMEI) of a handset. Both GP SIMs of the same dual SIM handset will not be eligible for getting the offer.
*Remaining volume of free 300MB data can be checked free of charge by writing SMARTSYM Data & sending to 4777 (for postpaid customers); or by dialing *500*60# (for prepaid customers).
*If a prepaid customer migrates from one package to another, then freebies will also be forwarded to that migrated package.
*Existing GP Internet P2 and P3 customers will not get the free Internet.
*During the bonus disbursement time, if any subscriber is found in BARRED status, in that case bonus will not be disbursed.
*If a postpaid customer is already using a GP internet package, the free data volume will be not added with existing package volume. Free data can be used only after the expiry of the already subscribed internet package volume is used up or after the relevant validity period is over.
*If a prepaid customer is already using a GP internet package, free data volume will be added to the existing internet package that the customer is already using.
*If a customer, who is already using a GP internet package, gets the free 300MB data and the validity of the existing internet package is lower than the free data validity – then higher validity will be applicable. As a result, the existing package that the customer is using, will be auto renewed after the extended/higher validity period has expired.
*If a customer consumes the free data volume before the specified expiry date, h/she will be charged BDT .01/10KB till the end of the ongoing validity period, unless h/she subscribes to any other paid GP internet package.
*If a non-user of GP Internet (who has no Internet Package subscribed at the moment of bonus disbursement) gets this offer, after the expiry of the validity date on each month, internet services will be will be deactivated for the customer. However, if a non-user of GP Internet finishes the free volume before the expiry date, h/she will be charged BDT .01/10KB if the customer.
*If a customer fails to make one voice call per month and remain bundled with the handset+SIM in for example the 3rd month, but fulfills them perfectly in all other months of the data disbursement period – h/she will be able to enjoy the free 300MB/month data on the 5th and 6th month, but will not receive the free data on the 4th month, i.e. the month right after h/she failed to fulfill the conditions.
*Customer can deactivate the offer and GP internet services on h/her phone by writing “Stop” and sending it to 5000.
*Customers can purchase more full-track songs and other exciting contents by visiting wap.gpworld.com from their EDGE enabled handsets. No browsing charge applicable.
*Offer applicable for all Grameenphone prepaid (Apon, Bondhu, Sohoj, Spondon, Amontron, Djuice, Smile, Nishchinto), postpaid (Xplore, Cusiness Solutions), and Ekota customers.
*Valid for Symphony W5 and W10 handsets only purchased from Oct 11, 2012 till end of the campaign.
*Customer will get after sales service as per Symphony Standard after sales service policy.
